DELIVERY
Our standard shipping method is via USPS or UPS that has an average delivery time of 3-5 days within the continental United States. Please check your inbox for tracking information, as we will automatically send a tracking number your email we have on file, once your order has shipped. If you would like to place a rush order, please call us in advance, and we can arrange that for you. (407) 442-2446
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after they are received. Orders received by 1pm MST typically are shipped out the next day. In rare occasions, or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience longer processing times, which can cause a longer delay in an order. If this happens we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.
Products on our site are subject to availability, and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. When you purchase on our website we will let you know of any products that are not available, and your order will be sent as soon as possible.
DAMAGED GOODS or WRONG ITEM
We want you to be 100% satisfied. As the customer you must inspect the products within 7 days after you receive the,. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us at adim@mushroomhelp.com and explain the problem.
If anything purchased from us was received damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will or exchange it or refund your money. You need to return them to us with their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. Anything returned that was damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including the original shipping and handling cost.
RETURNS
If simply you wish to return any product, you must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to us. We will give you a full refund for the item, less the original shipping and handling costs.
The products must be received by us before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items because you just changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend you hold on to proof of postage – we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit to us.
CANCELLATIONS
While we are disappointed when it happens, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind and cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Call us at: (407) 442-2446.
If the order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, we can’t cancel it. However, within 7 days after receiving the products, you can simply send them back to us in their original packaging and we will provide you a full refund, minus original shipping and handling.
